2 oz bourbon
1 oz fresh brewed espresso (cooled)
½ oz coffee liqueur
½ oz heavy cream (or half & half)
¼ oz chocolate syrup

Directions
- Add bourbon, espresso, coffee liqueur, and chocolate syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly to chill and blend.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube or into a chilled coupe.
- Gently float cream on top or stir lightly for a mocha tone.
- Garnish with a light dusting of cocoa or one espresso bean.
- Garnish: Carefully place a dark chocolate truffle on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim of the glass.
